- 3 psychometric assessments, supported by scientific methods and research

We do not offer resume writing, interview coaching, or salary negotiation services. We are Certified Psychometric Practitioners and are not Psychologists, Psychiatrists nor Therapists. We can offer referrals to talented professionals in these fields.

Full payment by credit card or e-transfer is required at time of booking through our secure website.

How does the timing work? What are the assessments like?
Each hour is booked separately by you. You can choose to meet daily for 5 days, or once a week for 5 weeks. We are flexible to accommodate your schedule. Additional hours are available for purchase.

The 3 assessments are completed online by you between sessions. The assessments are "forced choice" meaning that you chose between two answers for up to 194 questions. Each one takes less than one hour to complete.

You will receive robust PDF reports for further personal review and reflection.
Do you offer Certified Financial Planning?
We offer financial behavioural guidance based on your psychometric personality results. We will help you take the actions you need for financial success so that you can optimize how much you work and for how long.
This service is only available in follow up to your Psychometric Assessment Package. You are not required disclose your personal finances, nor will we provide specific investment advice. The members of our team are not certified financial professionals. We can offer referrals to talented professionals in these fields.
What are your policies?

1. We kindly ask our clients to provide at least 24 hours notice when rescheduling appointments, so that we can accommodate everyone’s needs
2. All information shared our sessions is held in the highest confidence, and is not disclosed anywhere unless required by law.
3. Our clients are encouraged to complete any assigned homework and arrive on time and prepared for each session, ensuring we make most of our valuable time together.
At Persona, we only use scientifically-validated psychometric assessments.
